- With the individual appropriate for the position we conclude the terms of employment,
- On the basis of an „agreement of temporary assignment“ and „work assignment at the client’s”, the worker is taken to the worksite of the employer for a period normally of 12 months if not otherwise stated,
- We administer all the personnel agenda associated with the employee (continuation and termination of work, conclusion of employment, wages, holidays, wage deductions, social and health insurance, business trips, education, employee benefits reflect the conditions of the given client, eventually other services needed by the client),
- We fulfill the responsibilities of all permits needed by foreigners for residency and work in the Czech Republic,
- According to the client’s needs and interest, we are capable of ensuring the search for a suitable candidate,
- We are able to offer financing for our services.
