Attila Csergö

Professional experience: He worked for Procter & Gamble during 1994-2000 in the Marketing & Advertising Department of Hair & Beauty Care Division in Prague. Later he was transferred into the IT Dpt. in Rakovník. Under his management the Head & Shoulders brand reached the goal, i.e. match the market volume share of our key competitor brand Clear. The success of the Pantene pro-V brand was awarded „Crystal Pyramid“ by the GM. He lead the famous and most popular fabric softener brand Azurit to win the market by exceeding a 57%/ČR & SR volume share. This was the highest volume share on any market where P&G operated. This resulted in the GM’s Přemysl award.
Attila was responsible for the OSB (Ordering & Shipping & Billing) IT support. Later he became a member of the newly established “Van Selling” project for the ČR & SR (direct selling from Van to smaller sized shops). The project was based on mobile IT used in more than 100 P&G Vans. The successful implementation was awarded by „Silver Coin“. At the same time Attila was the Recruiting Team Captain and in parallel ha became one of the most popular Time Management and Communicational Skills Training Modules internal Trainers.
Attila stared his new carrier as a real estate broker in Reality 21 s.r.o. as of 2000. He was promoted to be the General Manager in a few months. The company grew from 2 subsidiaries (Prague, Kladno) to 5 subsidiaries (developing new ones in Prague, Beroun and Brandýs nad Labem), while quadrupling the number of brokers. After a short break he was leading another real estate agency MEXX Reality a.s.
In the meanwhile he further built on his successful start of being a Lecturer/Trainer/Motivational Speaker and Coach for international companies, mainly financial institutions. He became the most successful consultant and coach at ING ČR & SR, Aviva Life Insurance a.s., and Raiffeisenbank a.s. His training modules were certified by the Slovak Ministry of Education in 2009.

Trainer’s Profile. Mr. Csergö focuses on trainings of Sales Skills, The Art of Leading People, Communication Skills, Presentational skills, Recruiting of Work Force, Financial Education, Team Building, Typology/Personality analysis by Hippocrates, and lately trainings focusing on Negotiation techniques and other managerial skills.

 

The Most Popular Modules:

1. Negotiation Skills, based on the positive feedbacks of participants and management my clients decided to repeat the training in several waves (Komerční banka), or ordered extension (HMC Group, KONE, Eurowag, Reckitt Benckiser).

2. Typology lead in an entertaining, sanguine atmosphere was positively accepted by all of my clients (KONE, Eurowag, OVB, Corinthia Hotel Prague). Due to popularity, the module was repeated for other groups.

3. Recruiting Workshops focusing on the right process was hold repeatedly for many different companies during the past 5 years (AXA ČR a SR, Aviva a.s., KONE, Winterian, QS Network, Confidence Human Capital). Corporations like OVB, REMAX took advantage of the Trainer’s personal experience in the field of recruiting, when the Trainer lead the interviews himself, demonstrating the correct method and thus teaching by doing the managers as well. The popularity and usefulness of this module resulted in “open courses”, e.g. via Studio-W Training Co, where the director and founder of the company participated herself.
