Luboš Jírovský is an experienced HR professional. He demonstrated his capabilities as a partner in the management of international companies and in the business support of HiTech industry and in manufacturing. He worked 5 years for the computer company Digital as a HR Manager for the Czech Republic and Slovakia and then another 5 years as the HR Manager of the pulp company AssiDomän.
From 2002 he was been working as an independent consultant and offers services in the areas of recruiting and in the organization of assessment centers. He also offers consulting in reward and renumeration systems and is very successful as an Interim HR Manager.
Mr. Jírovský graduated from studies in economic management at ČVUT in Prague in 1981 and later completed his postgraduate in economic export at VŠE and has a MBA program for the Pittsburgh University at CMC Čelákovice. He has his state exams in English and also the TOEFL and GMAT exams.
